Meet Rebecca Wright, the dynamic Director of HR Dynamics, a role she has embraced for over 16 years. A professional in the HR field, Rebecca is experienced in all aspects of human resources, with a special passion for tailoring HR solutions that are both practical and accessible for small businesses. Her approach makes HR engaging and understandable, ensuring that solutions not only fit unique business needs but are also easy to implement.

Born and raised in Cairns, Far North Queensland, Rebecca made a significant move in 2020 to the Sunshine Coast. Here, she successfully established a new branch of HR Dynamics, now boasting a talented team including two senior consultants, a leadership coach, a digital manager and two HR consultants.

Educationally, Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business from James Cook University and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, credentials that underpin her practical style.

Outside of the office, Rebecca is a devoted fan of crime dramas and renovation shows, she is also a bit mad about dogs, and loves spending time with her two boys and husband. She's currently trying to talk her husband into a renovator's delight house.
