Meet the person, behind the role
Nina Vion joined HR Dynamics with a unique blend of academic excellence and hands-on industry experience. After a successful career in retail and hospitality management, Nina returned to university as a mature-age student, balancing work and study over six years. Her dedication culminated in graduating in 2024 with a Bachelor of Business and Social Science, majoring in Human Resource Management, from the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC).
Nina brings her real-world insights and academic knowledge to HR Dynamics, offering practical and effective HR solutions. Her background in people management equips her with the ability to navigate diverse workplace challenges while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Nina is passionate about creating meaningful HR strategies that align with organisational goals, ensuring both compliance and a positive employee experience. She is an integral part of the HR Dynamics team, contributing her energy and fresh perspective to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Nina also holds a Certificite of Completion for IR 101- Module 1 -Interpreting Instruments (Awards & Agreements), IR 101 - Module 1 Australian Industrial Relations in Context, and APA Payroll Essentials Course.
