Ellie is a passionate and people-focused Human Resource Consultant who thrives on making HR easier and a lot more human. With a background spanning People & Culture, operations, and HR systems management, she’s built a career around optimising processes, supporting leaders, and helping teams do their best work without all the red tape.

A reformed Melbourne coffee junkie, Ellie made the move to sunny Queensland in 2022 and is now based at our Sunshine Coast office and brings a unique blend of empathy, structure, and playfulness to every project she touches. She’s worked across diverse industries, partnering with businesses to refine their people strategies, enhance engagement, and build workplaces where employees actually enjoy showing up.

Whether she’s mentoring team leaders, streamlining onboarding, or designing new HR processes, her goal is always the same: to make things work smarter, and feel easier, for everyone involved.

When she’s not deep in HR strategy or fine-tuning a new workflow, you’ll probably find her curled up with a good book (preferably something romantasy-filled) or soaking up the Queensland sun with a coffee in hand.
