Meet the person, behind the role
We are thrilled to welcome Kristina Knowles to the HR Dynamics team as a Senior HR Consultant. Kristina brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic background in Human Resources, underscoring her expertise in managing and developing HR practices.
After an amazing year of sailing around the Caribbean and Pacific with her family, Kristina is now anchored with us, bringing the same leadership and adaptability she displayed during her adventures.
Her HR journey is marked by notable roles, such as the Director of HR at the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort, where she was instrumental in steering the HR department towards excellence. Kristina's impact was further amplified through her regional HR management roles with Accor Hotels, where she harmonised HR practices for a substantial employee base, demonstrating her exceptional ability to manage complex HR ecosystems.
Kristina will be contributing her extensive knowledge and innovative approaches to our team. She is available school hours from Monday to Friday at our Birtinya office, ready to collaborate and guide our clients towards successful HR strategies.

Outside of work, Kristina can be found watching sports (rugby, league or SailGP my favourites), catching up with friends & family, enjoying time with her 3 children, settling into her new house and reminiscing about sailing across the Pacific - the big blue with no land in sight!!
