Megan is a trusted Workplace Advisor with more than 20 years’ experience across government, not-for-profit, and private sectors. Throughout her career, she has supported workplaces through employee relations, industrial relations, restructures, recruitment, and performance challenges.

Megan has held in-house HR roles with organisations including Boeing, Anglicare North Queensland, Queensland Rail, and Cairns Regional Council. She holds Diplomas in Human Resource Management and High Performance Management and is a professional member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
