Personalising mental wellbeing in the workplace webinar

We may know that mental health is a problem, but few of us know that over 75% of the workforce are at moderate or greater risk of anxiety or depression.

It makes for uncomfortable reading; however it is even more uncomfortable for the individuals suffering from it, and for the organisations that are obligated to support it, it's time to take action.  As an employer, where do you go and what do you do to support your staff to help prevent or manage stress and burnout?
