Workplace Culture- The What & Why

At HR dynamics we do a lot of the hard IR, grievances, performance management, terminations and a lot of the issues I see is the result of a poor workplace culture.

Signs that the workplace culture is not great:

  • Turn over
  • Low productivity
  • Workplace silos
  • Clicks of staff
  • High personal leave
  • Lack of accountability

  • When we all want to be proud of where we work why do things go pear shaped?
  • Behaviours not feeling valued, heard trusted, reading to much into things, over thinking, personal issues etc
