What’s included in every HR package?
Every package includes our HR essentials: Employment Contracts, an Employee Handbook, Pay Rate Calculations and 2 Hours of HR Coaching. HR Plus and HR Pro then give you additional inclusions from our HR Solutions Menu.
What’s the difference between HR Starter, HR Plus and HR Pro?
HR Starter gives you the essential HR foundations. HR Plus includes the essentials plus 4 inclusions from our HR Solutions Menu, while HR Pro includes the essentials plus 8 inclusions.
Can I choose my own inclusions?
Yes. With HR Plus and HR Pro, you can mix and match from our HR Solutions Menu to choose the resources that are most useful for your organisation.
Are the HR packages a one-off payment?
Yes. Our HR packages are purchased as a one-off payment, giving you the HR foundations and resources included in your selected package without an ongoing subscription.
What if I need ongoing HR support?
If you’d prefer ongoing support, we also offer an Ongoing HR Support option. You’ll receive the HR resources and support your organisation needs, with the cost spread across manageable monthly payments over two years.
What happens when i call HR Dynamics about a HR problem?
