Phoebe Kitto

Prior to creating and founding HR Dynamics, Phoebe was at the Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas as a member of the Executive Committee and the HR Manager.  Phoebe was a Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas for seven years.  Phoebe is tertiary qualified in Human Resources with a Professional Diploma in Human Resources from the Australian Human Resource Institute.  As well as tertiary qualifications, Phoebe is a green belt in Six Sigma, holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, is an accredited DiSC trainer, and has completed a number of short professional development courses.  Phoebe and husband Steve are kept on their toes with two young children. 

Rebecca Munro

Rebecca is tertiary qualified in Human Resources and has ten years experience.  Prior to HR Dynamics Rebecca has held roles as the Talent Manager at Holiday Inn Cairns and the HR Advisor for GHD.  As well as tertiary qualifications, Rebecca holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, is a Q-Comp Workplace Rehabilitation Coordinator and has completed a number of short professional development courses including courses from the Chifley Business School.   Rebecca and Chef husband Matt own and operate a small café in the Cairns CBD.
